INSURANCE LAW and COVERAGE
We represent national and international insurers; both defending third party claims and representing carriers on coverage disputes and declaratory actions. We defend our clients from unfounded bad faith claims. We also assist in policy evaluation and the preparation of Reservations of Rights and Claims Administration Act compliance.
 
VEHICULAR LIABILITY
We handle defense of BI/PIP/PD/UM and UIM claims for major insurance carriers and their insureds. We advise clients on settlement value, exposure and coverage under both first and third party claims, determining optimal case strategy based on the unique circumstances of each case.
 
PREMISES LIABILITY
We defend all types of premises liability claims. We are prepared to deal with a wide range of severity, ranging from catastrophic injury or fatality to soft tissue bodily injury. We also handle negligent security cases.
 
PRODUCTS LIABILITY
Product liability and tort cases present unique legal issues; we understand the problems facing product manufacturers and distributors in the current legal climate. We represent a variety of products alleged to cause injury or property damage. We also counsel clients in claims prevention. As warranted, we offer alternative fee arrangements and recommend litigation alternatives such as ADR, mediation, arbitration and summary jury trials.
