William Cohen, Esq.
William Cohen is a highly proficient litigator with extensive experience handling large complex disputes, including commercial, corporate, securities and insurance matters, as well as engagement in professional malpractice; condemnations; property tax; and employment cases.
Mr. Cohen served as the Moderator to the Federal Bar for the Eastern District of Michigan (1997-1999) and was appointed the State of Michigan Young Lawyer Divisions liaison to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals swearing in ceremony (2000-2001).

William J. Peterfriend, Esq.
William Peterfriend knows the insurance defense industry well and understands the need for strong litigation support in the Florida region. Well versed in all aspects of trial procedure, he has delivered positive verdicts and results throughout his career. A member of the Florida and NY Bars and the US District Court, Middle District and Southern District of Florida, his background includes responding to coverage disputes and providing opinions on same.
Mr. Peterfriend's background includes defending catastrophic injury cases, products
liability cases, general negligence matters. He was the senior
attorney of his former firm's automotive liability department.
He has brought many cases to successful verdict.
Mr. Peterfriend founded the Junior Wealth Advisory Committee, has served on the Judicial Select & Tenure Committee of the Florida Bar Association, the Fellowship Board for the Florida Bar, and is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

Anthony J. Chiarello is an associate at Cohen Peterfriend. He has previous experience with both Plaintiff and Defense oriented law firms, and he also clerked for Judge Charles J. Kahn, Jr. at the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee, FL.
Mr. Chiarello received his Bachelor's Degree from Colorado State University, his Master’s Degree from St. John's College and his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law.

Erika L. Muller, Esq.
Erika L. Muller is an associate at Cohen Peterfriend. Ms. Muller
received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami and her
Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
She has previously practiced in the areas of property and real estate law.
Ms. Muller is a member of the Florida Bar in good standing and is
licensed to practice law before all circuit and county courts in Florida.

Blair J. Hyman, Esq.
Blair Jonathan Hyman was born in West Palm Beach, Florida. Blair earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2003 and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. During law school, Blair was president of the Student Bar Association and co-founder/vice-president of the Student Bar Initiative. Blair practices in all areas of general liability.
He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2007 and is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.
